Solution Manager of the Intervention value stream

• Participate in decision-making bodies organized by the Lean Portfolio Manager of the intervention value stream.
• Manage, with the core team, the communication of the large solution to the stakeholders.
• Work with Epic Owners to ensure the best breakdown of LS Epics into capabilities.
• Responsible for the backlog and the roadmap of the large solution, as well as for writing and prioritizing the capabilities taking into account the priorities of the LPM intervention and the customer value.
• Responsible for the preparation of the Large Solution backlog for the trains involved.
• Securing product consistency over time, with the help of train Product Managers.
• Responsible for consolidating releases of capabilities prioritized and validated with the Business & Epic owners.
• Leading the trains Product Manager team.

Lean Portfolio Management Deputy for Intervention & Fiber value streams

• Ensure that the Epics Owner clearly traces the contribution of the Epics to the ambitions and OKRs of the value streams, and help to enforce the incremental strategy.
• Work with the Managers to facilitate presentations and draft reports, follow up on actions and ensure the back-up of the LPMRs in their absence.
• Improve and use the follow-up dashboard to give visibility of the progression to the Epics Owner, to report gains in multi-year visions and more generally to mobilize the Epics Owner when necessary.
• Involve stakeholders in continuous improvement initiatives, implemented for the two Lean Portofolios Fiber & Intervention.

Management of major IT transformation programs (5M€ yearly) in Network & Services, in a Scaled Agile Framework approach (SAFe)

• Definition, design, development, integration and deployment of IT enablers, migration of legacy solutions to breakthrough innovative solutions, etc.
• Privileged interlocutor for Business Owners, commitment and satisfaction leader in respect of the economic model.
• Intervention from the phase of definition of the transformation strategy until the solutions operational deployment.
• Steering of all actions contributing to the projects success: resources, planning, risk analysis, reporting, construction and implementation of the delivery model, etc.
• Management of commitments (cost, deadlines, quality, risks) and multidisciplinary teams and partners (developers, operators, support, etc.).
• Support of these teams in the transformation of practices to deploy in scaled agility.
• Relationship with all stakeholders to guarantee the quality of the product, in a process of continuous improvement, centered on business value and the quality of service.

The training for future engineers in the Mechatronics department aims at an interdisciplinary approach to phenomena and concepts essential for understanding the scientific and technological challenges of tomorrow, in particular with the objective of a sustainable society.
This training is based on a master's degree in mechatronics, in partnership with the University of Rennes 1, and on a master's degree in Complex Systems Engineering preparing for the aggregation of industrial engineering sciences (option Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or Engineering mechanical).
By nature multidisciplinary, mechatronics is based on a varied education, which offers:

• a master's degree in physical sciences and associated scientific disciplines
• good knowledge of advanced technologies
• a real practice of integrated design approaches

This Master develops skills for designing and optimizing innovative propulsion plants with a focus on thermofluid processes and energy conversion for research and industry.
Internal Combustion Engine and turbojet performance and efficiency are influenced by various processes including gas flow, compression and expansion through turbomachines or reciprocating piston, fuel injection and combustion, energy conversion and heat transfer.
Therefore the curriculum offered in this program will provide an emphasis on all these processes and how they interact.
